Greek composer Mikis Theodorakis was discharged from the Athens Medical Centre on Tuesday after three days of treatment.
Theodorakis, 93, had been rushed to hospital on Friday after experiencing intense chest pain and suffering from a heart irregularity. Doctors said he had had a heart attack and should remain in the intensive care unit for 24 hours.
He was afterwards was transferred to a regular room. Doctors say he is out of immediate danger but remain cautious due to his age.
