A British couple was enjoying a stroll in Crete’s Agios Nikolaos town, when they found something that looked like a woman’s wallet on the sidewalk.
When they picked it up, they couldn’t believe what they were seeing — €7,000 ($8,225) was inside.
The couple didn’t hesitate at all; they headed straight to the local police department and handed the wallet in.
A few hours later the woman who was the owner of the lost wallet reclaimed her possession.
