Greece’s main opposition party, the center-right New Democracy, unveiled its new logo on the day that marks its 44th anniversary.
New Democracy’s President Kyriakos Mitsotakis said that by using an abstract design the party wants to show its vision where every Greek will be able to freely materialize their own vision.
”We are proud of our party’s contribution. At the same time though, we feel the weight of responsibility toward the future. We have to become better. This is the only way to shape the society that we deserve,” Mitsotakis added.

The new logo was designed by Fanouris Moraitis and was revealed in Benaki Museum, where the party celebrated its 44th anniversary.
The party’s logo has changed a few times through its history, with the last occurrence in 2011 under Antonis Samaras‘ leadership.
