Lackluster Greece Lose To Finland 2-0 in UEFA's Nations League

Devoid of passion and desire Greece slipped to a humbling 2-0 defeat against Finland on Monday night in Tampere for the UEFA Nations League Tournament.
The impressive Finns, who lead Group 2 in League C with four straight wins, fully deserved their victory, with second half goals from Pyry Soiri and Glen Kamara earning another three points for Markku Kanerva’s team.
The result leaves second-placed Greece six points adrift of undefeated Finland, and piles more pressure on under-fire Greece boss Michael Skibbe, whose side showed very little in the way of creativity and urgency to get the Greek fans excited.
Greece will next host the Finns in Athens in November, but even a win by more than three clear goals will not suffice as Greece will also need Finland to lose at Hungary three days later.
