New #OhMyGreece Campaign Promotes Greek Tourist Destinations (video)

A new video has been released by Discover Greece, a travel web portal devoted to travel news which is owned by the organization “Marketing Greece”The video, titled “Oh My Greece! Unlock the Feeling” will be used to promote the Greek tourist product for the 2019 season.

The video, which is only 128 seconds long, features stunning Greek scenes with Greek citizens giving single-word advice to tourists to “listen, watch, hear and feel” the beauty of the country.

Marketing Greece was founded by the Association of Greek Tourism Enterprises. It aims to promote Greek destinations as a whole to the entire global tourist market.

The new campaign’s motto and hashtag is #OhMyGreece, with the letters O, M, and G being highlighted, in a clear reference to the English expression ”Oh my God.”

Spectacular destinations from both the Greek mainland and many islands are depicted throughout the video, including Crete and the Peloponnese.

Greece expects yet another record-breaking year in 2019 in terms of tourist arrivals to the country, following last year’s record number of tourists who visited the country.
