Greece’s Aegean Airlines has been named “‘Best Regional Airline in Europe” for 2019 at the Traveler’s Choice Awards for Airlines, according to travel website TripAdvisor.
Aegean Airlines is also named Best Regional Business Class Europe and Best Airline in Greece for 2019.
Aegean, the leading airline in Greece and member of the Star Alliance, carried 14 million passengers in 2018.
The Greek airline had also received the same award in the 2018 Traveler’s Choice Awards for Airlines. It was also honored with the Skytrax World Airline award, as the best European Regional Airline for 2018.
