Greek Olympic gold medalist and world champion shooter Anna Korakaki added yet another title to her athletic career by winning the gold medal in the ISSF Munich World Cup on Wednesday.
The Olympic gold medalist from Greece won first place in the 10-meter air pistol shooting competition, showing excellent form yet again in the nerve-wracking global competition.
Korakaki earned 241.4 points in the final, leaving her Chinese rival Qian Wei in second place with 239.6 points.

The Greek athlete didn’t manage to qualify yesterday for the finals of the 25-meter air pistol shooting event, but she will compete again tomorrow, along with her brother Dyonisios, in the mixed competition.
Another Greek athlete, Christina Moschi, was in Munich competing alongside Korakaki during this year’s World Cup.
Moschi managed to get to 88th place among 136 athletes during the qualifying rounds of the competition.
The ISSF World Cup was introduced 33 years ago by the International Shooting Sport Federation to provide a homogeneous system for qualification for Olympic shooting competitions. There has been a World Cup Final for the best shooters in the world since 1988.
