Greek tennis player Stefanos Tsitsipas progressed to the third round of the Roland-Garros French Open 2019 on Wednesday afternoon after beating Bolivia’s Hugo Dellien.
Tsitsipas lost the first set 4-6 but won three straight sets afterward, with a score of 6-0, 6-3, and 7-5.
The Greek tennis champion, who is now sixth in the world in the ATP tennis rankings, managed to slip easily through to the next level after his unsuccessful first set.
Last year, Tsitsipas made his way to just the second round of the French Open, and this marks the first time in his career that he has advanced to the third round of one of the world’s most prestigious tennis competitions.
