Graffiti Artist Honors Antetokounmpo Brothers on Wall in Athens (video)

TheĀ Greek street artist who calls himself “SAME84” has created an impressive piece of graffiti art dedicated to Giannis Antetokounmpo and his brothers on the wall of an apartment block in the Sepolia neighborhood, the place where the basketball stars grew up.
Next to the basketball court on Dyrachiou Street, which is also decorated with the figure of Giannis, who was named this year’s MVP of the NBA, the graffiti artist has painted a large image of him with his three brothers, Thanasis, Kostas and Alex.
The artwork, which measures more than four stories high, is truly an impressive feat of realistic art by any measure. The graffiti artist pays homage to all the family’s siblings, who Ā call themselves the “Antetokounmbros,” not just the three of them who are playing on the Greek national team.
“We are all bros,” SAME84 states on the graffiti work paying homage to the four brothers.
Giannis, Thanasis and Kostas Antetokounmpo are currently in training with Greece’s national basketball team for the FIBA Basketball World Cup, to be held in nine cities across China beginning on August 31.
