Prominent Journalist and Author Dimitris Lymperopoulos Dies at 95

Dimitris Lymperopoulos, a senior journalist and author died on Saturday at the age of 95.
Lymperopoulos had a long career in journalism.
As a young reporter, he managed to get exclusive interviews with the world’s most famous figures, such as Aristotle Onassis.
He worked for years with Greece’s Ethnos and Apogevmatini newspapers and covered the lives of celebrities both Greek and international.
As an author, Lymperopoulos wrote ten books, among which were the biographies of Onassis and Stavros Niarchos.
Born in 1925, Lymperopoulos will be remembered for his legacy in the world of journalism.
