Greece’s Anna Korakaki Wins Silver in World Cup Rifle and Pistol Finals

Greek Olympian Anna Korakaki added another medal to her enormous collection, this time winning a silver in the ISSF Rifle and Pistol World Cup Finals, held at Putian, China.

The Greek athlete took part in the finals of the World Cup for shooting sports and managed to come second in the “Mixed 10m Pistol” competition, along with her sports partner Saurabh Chaudhary from India.

First place was won by the team comprised of Manu Bhaker from India and Artem Chernousov from Russia.

The 23-year old Greek athlete represented Greece at the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, winning a gold medal in the 25m pistol and a bronze medal in the 10m air pistol.
