Mystery Santa Claus Brings Christmas Joy to Orphaned Children in Greece

Dozens of orphaned and disadvantaged children in the Greek city of Volos will receive their Christmas presents this year thanks to the generosity of two local citizens who would like to retain their anonymity.
The initiative, coordinated by the local Center for the Protection of Consumers (KEPKA), means that fourteen children who live at the Volos Orphanage, the six children who are staying at the Homeless Hostel and an additional ten minors from families facing serious financial problems will see their Christmas dreams come true.
Announcing the initiative, KEPKA co-coordinator Natasa Morfogianni expressed her deep thanks to the two individuals for their kindness and generosity and revealed that this is not the first time they have offered to put a smile on the face of disadvantaged children.
The mystery philanthropists will respond to the letters written to Santa Claus by the children, generously continuing the centuries-old tradition of gift-giving at Christmastime.
