Mykonos Prepares to Welcome Tourists Again

Cosmopolitan Mykonos Island is in a race against time to be ready to open up to tourists after more than two months of strict coronavirus lockdown.
As restaurants and bars are due to reopen on May 25, final preparations are under way to spruce up shops and alleyways thought the island.
All hotels will reopen on June 15 and international flights will return on July 1.
Mykonoslive.tv has captured the hectic efforts of local businesses to get ready for Summer 2020. In the famous town of Little Venice and in the old port, extensive repairs are taking place on pavements that have been damaged by winter weather. The big brand stores have also started to freshen up their stores in Matogiannia.
