At least eight passengers were slightly injured when a suburban train hit a terminal wall at Kifisia, north Athens on Tuesday.
According to reports, the train entered the Kifisia station at too high a rate of speed and hit a terminal wall.
Ambulance services rushed to the scene to administer first aid to the injured. Their injuries are said to be slight.
An investigation is under way to determine the cause of the accident.
