A 4.3 earthquake hit near the resort town of Rafina, 30 kilometers (18.6 miles) east of Athens, on Thursday afternoon.
The focal depth was at 6.8 kilometers (4.22 miles) down into the earth.
The tremor was felt throughout Attica.
There have been no reports of damage or casualties at press time.
